WHY IS A MASTER MATTRESS SUITABLE FOR YOUR CHILD?

AND CAN IT BE USED FOR SEVERAL YEARS?

Babies and children up to around 2 years of age should sleep on a mattress that is relatively firm but springy. A mattress that is too soft can cause increased muscle tension and asymmetries - which is why it is not recommended, for example, for babies to sleep together with their parents on an adult mattress.

The foam in an infant mattress should not have a density of less than 18 kg / m³ - due to rapid loss of shape.

The TIGER side is suitable for children up to 2 years of age due to its firmness and high density.

The softer MEMORY side can be used above the age of 2 even for several years - children love memory foam!

PROPERTIES, COMPOSITION OF THE MATTRESS

TIGER touch® foam (up to the age of two), density: 55 kg / m³
Rigid polyurethane foam with higher density: 25 - 30 kg / m³ perfectly reduces pressure, providing optimal developmental conditions for your child.
Memory foam (over two years of age) with a density of 45 kg / m³.

APPLICATION

Under normal conditions of use, the mattress is intended for use in:

prevention and prevention of postural defects,
prevention of spinal overload associated with forced sleeping position in children,
musculoskeletal dysfunctions in diseases of the neuromuscular system in children (e.g. cerebral palsy, infantile palsy, birth injury of the brachial plexus),
supportive against sleep disorders.
The mattress can also be used in the early prevention of children with a low risk of developing pressure sores.

COVER

TENCEL (LYOCELL)

The TENCEL cover is made of cellulose fibres. It has excellent moisture-absorbing and wicking properties, which is crucial in terms of hygiene and bacterial growth.

The membrane protects the mattress insert and therefore does not require an additional mattress topper. It is waterproof, vapour-permeable and hygienic. How do I order a non-standard size?

If the mattress is to be smaller than the standard size of 120 x 60 cm, simply place an order for 120 x 60 cm and indicate the non-standard size, e.g. 110 x 50 cm, in the notes to your order.

If the mattress is to be larger than 120 x 60 cm, but smaller than 140 x 70 cm, simply place an order for 140 x 70 cm and indicate a non-standard size in the order notes, e.g. 135 x 65 cm.
